This petition is filed to condone the delay of 250 days in filing the appeal.
- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.
- Considering the nature of the matter, this court is inclined to condone the delay subject to payment of cost.
- Accordingly, the delay of 250 days in filing the above CMA is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee on or before 17.09.2024, failing which, the order shall stand dismissed automatically without further reference to this court.
- On payment of such cost, the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is, otherwise in order and post the same for admission on 17.09.2024.
