for the petitioners. It appears that the respondents have filed caveat and
therefore, the learned counsel for the respondent is present before this Court today. She has no serious objection for condoning the delay. This Court is also convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Since the petitioners have explained the cause for the delay to the satisfaction of this Court, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered.
3.Registry is directed to number the above Writ Appeal, if the papers
are otherwise in order, and post the same for admission on 28.10.2024.
