This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 74 days in filing this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

- Mr.K.Ayyadurai, learned counsel for the first respondent, Mr.D.Bhaskaran, learned counsel for the second respondent and Mr.R.Navaneetha Krishnan, learned counsel for the third respondent did not raise any serious objection in allowing this petition.

- Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 74 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.
