This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 32 days in filing the writ appeal.
Mr.C.Samivel learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 has no objection to condone the delay.
Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the accompanying affidavit, we inclined to condone the delay.
Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to the number the writ appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
