The present petition is for filing additional documents viz., driving licence and R.C.Book of the vehicle bearing registration No. TN 01 T 5683. The Tribunal in its order dated 09.12.2019 directed the Insurance Company to pay the award amount at the first instance and then recover the same from the owner of the vehicle since the driver of the offending vehicle did not have a valid driving licence on the date of the accident. The present appeal in C.M.A.No.1450 of 2024 is filed by the owner of the vehicle challenging the same.
