This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 181 days for depositing the deficit court fee to the tune of Rs.29,950/- in the above A.S.No.sr157130 of 2023.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner.
3.Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this Petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, I am inclined to order this Petition.
