This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to implead the petitioner herein as the 7th respondent in the Second Appeal claiming under the Will of Thiru.N.Govindaraju who died on 06.05.2019.
2. The Learned Counsel for the appellants/respondents have no serious
objection for allowing this application.
3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this application.
Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
