The petition is filed to condone the delay of 320 days in filing the above Second Appeal.
after the 1st petitioner had recovered that the petitioners had taken steps to meet their counsel and the copy application was also applied and obtained only thereafter. Apart from the illness, the petitioners have also contended that they had to moblise funds, since considerable amounts had been spent on medical treatment of the 1st petitioner. Therefore, the delay.
