This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 118 days in filing the above appeal.
- The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that he has no objection in allowing this petition subject to the waiver of interest for the delayed period.
- Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.
- Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the delay of 118 days in filing the appeals is condonned subject to the waiver of interest on the enhanced compensation for the delayed period.
