already on record, the award amount shall be shared in the following manner: (a) The first respondent shall be entitled to Rs.13,00,000/- with interest; (b) The third respondent shall be entitled to Rs.5,00,000/- with interest;
6.The Appellant Insurance Company shall deposit a sum of Rs.18,00,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Lakhs only) with interest at the rate of 7.5% per annum from the date of claim, till the date of realisation, less the amount already deposited before the Tribunal, if any, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On such deposit, the respondents 1 and 3 shall share the same in the manner aforesaid.
