Thereafter, on 06.08.2024, when the matter was called again, since there was no representation for the appellant, the matter was directed to be posted under the caption 'for dismissal' on 07.08.2024. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the appellant either in person or through counsel, which shows that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. Therefore, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
