“On such deposit being made while the
major claimants are permitted to withdraw the
compensation as awarded by the Tribunal along
with interest and costs, in so far as the minor claimants are concerned, the same shall be kept in
Fixed Deposit by the Tribunal, till such time, they attain majority and the mother of the minor claimants is permitted to withdraw the quarterly interest from out of the said deposit for the purpose
of using the same for the benefit of the minors. In case, any of the minors have attained majority in
the interregnum, the said minors shall file an appropriate application before the Tribunal to establish their attaining majority and the Tribunal
upon satisfying, shall permit the said claims to withdraw their portion of the compensation. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous
