file of the Principal District Judge, Dindigul.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant represented that the
sole appellant died. Already Execution Petition was filed and the same was dismissed as against the legal heirs of the appellant. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in the first appeal.
3. In view of the above said submission, this First Appeal is dismissed.
There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
