dated 01.11.2023 in Arb.Appln.No.292 of 2023 has directed the Registry to send suitable instructions to the Regional Transport Officer (RTO) to not to register any further transfer of the repossessed vehicle covered by his application without further directions of the learned Arbitrator. In view of the Settlement arrived between the parties, the said order dated 01.11.2023, shall stand recalled and accordingly, Registry is directed to intimate the same to the Regional Transport Officer (R.T.O.) concerned.
