When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Advocate Commissioner has filed a report stating that warrant issued by this Court has been duly executed by him and initial remuneration has been paid to him by the applicant. He further submitted that additional remuneration may be ordered to be paid to him, by considering the work done by him in executing the warrant.
