This Court allowed the application to recall R.W.1 and cross examine him on payment of costs of Rs.5000/- on or before 13.06.2024.
2. The Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent states that the cost was paid on 20.06.2024 with delay of 7 days and prayer for delay may be condoned and permit the petitioner to cross examine the witness.
3. Taking note of the fact that the condition been complied, the petitioner's right to cross examine R.W.1 is restored.
4. Post this matter before the Master on 04.07.2024.
