This application has been filed seeking appointment of an Advocate Commissioner to take the alleged original Will dated 13.05.2019 filed before this Honble Court by the 1st respondent herein in O.P.No.449 of 2021, now converted as T.O.S.No.15 of 2023, as Document No.22 along with the admitted the signature of the petitioners father namely M.N.Krishnan to the office of the handwriting expert attached to the Assistant Director (Documents) Forensic Sciences Department Kamarajar Salai Mylapore Chennai 600 004 and collect the document and file the report of the aforesaid handwriting expert before this Court.
2023, nothing survives in this application and the same is closed accordingly.
