of this Court the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in SLP (C) No.2296 of 2024 dated 14.10.2024, in and by which, the respondent before the Hon'ble Supreme Court, viz., the husband of the applicant herein was directed to repay Rs.50,00,000/-(Rupees Fifty Lakhs only) together with interest at 20% p.a from the date of payment made by the petitioner to the respondent herein. The Hon'ble Supreme Court has increased the interest component from 12% to 20% and the present application A.No.6559 of 2024 is necessitated only in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
