This application has been filed seeking extension of time by one week

2.The learned counsel for the respondent has no serious objection for

the extension of time being granted and I am also satisfied with the reason
stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application and the request is
only for short extension of time.
3.Considering the above, this application is ordered and the time is
extended until 20.12.2024 to deposit 50% of the award amount.
