This application is filed by the applicant/plaintiff to grant leave to file additional documents as mentioned in the Judge's summons.
- The learned counsel for the respondent/defendant has no objection in allowing this application.
- In view of no objection given by the other side and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this Court is inclined to permit the applicant/plaintiff to mark the additional documents as listed in the Judge's summons, however, subject to admissibility, relevancy and proof. Accordingly, this application is allowed.
