This application has been filed to issue summon for the appearance of
Mr.Vaiyapuri, S/o.Late Muthuperumal, aged about 43 years residing at New No.16, Old No.61, Balakrishna Naicken Street, West Mambalam, Chennai 600 033 as witness for the Applicant/Defendant in the above suit.
- Heard both sides.
- Learned counsel for the applicant/defendant has strongly opposed to
allow this application except examining DW1. In other words, he is not going to examine any other witnesses except R2 in OP as DW1. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
- Recording the above submission and endorsement and being satisfied
with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is allowed.
- Issue summon for the appearance of Mr.Vaiyapuri, S/o.Late Muthuperumal, New No.16, Old No.61, Balakrishna Naicken Street, West Mambalam, Chennai 600 033, as witness for the Applicant/Defendant in the above suit.
