This application has been filed seeking permission to Purchase of Sports dress to donate to the students of MTM Schools – 320 Nos, Sri Bala Gurukulam Primary School – 80 Nos, TVS Auto to the Guild of Service - Bala Vihar at No. 10, Halls Road, Kilpauk during the celebration of the Birth Anniversary of Rajah Sir Ramasamy Mudaliar which is to be celebrated within this month subject to approval of this Hon’ble Court and to utilize Rs. 5,22,204/- (Rupees Five Lakh Twenty Two Thousand Two Hundred and Four only) from the funds of the Trust Estate of Raja Sir Ramasamy Mudaliar and to remit the balance amount if any, to the Trust Account, after incurring the expenses and thus render justice.

1. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Administrator General and Official Trustee (AG & OT) has submitted that The Rajah Sir Ramaswami Mudaliar’s Choultry” and its allied endowments is governed by a Decree dated 18.08.1970 in C.S.No.90 of 1963. The management of the Choultry and its allied charities has been vested with the Official Trustee of Tamil Nadu and thus the Trust Estate of Rajah Sir Ramaswami Mudaliar is now under the administration of the Official Trustee of Tamil

Nadu. He has further submitted that various Charity Institutions have requested for grant
