A.No.4633 of 2024 is filed by the applicant/proposed 2nd defendant to implead him as 2nd defendant in T.O.S No.49 of 2013.
A.No.4634 of 2024 is filed by the applicant/proposed 3rd defendant to implead him as 3rd defendant in T.O.S No.49 of 2013.
4.The learned counsel for the 1st respondent/plaintiff submitted that the suit is of the year 2013 and after the delay of 11 years, the present application is filed and there is no other plausible or concrete reasoning for the said delay. However, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent/plaintiff has no objection in allowing both the applications on payment of cost.

uma 6. Accordingly, Application Nos.4633 & 4634 of 2024 are allowed on payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) each to the 1st respondent/plaintiff on or before 28.10.2024. In the event of failure on the part of the applicants in paying the said amount within the stipulated time, these two applications shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
