This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application, which has been filed seeking leave of this Court to file a reply statement to the written statement filed by the respondent/defendant in C.S. No.72 of 2020.
2.Till date, counter has not been filed by the respondent/defendant. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for and the reply statement filed by the respondent/defendant is taken on record.
3.It is submitted by Mr.R.Bala Ramesh, learned counsel that he is no longer the counsel for the defendant as he has already given change of vakalat for the defendant.
4.Mr.A.Selvendran, learned counsel would submit that he is the new counsel
for the defendant and he will be filing a vakalat as counsel for the defendant in the place of Mr.R.Bala Ramesh.
