town survey Register dated 29.04.2015 and extract of the Town Survey Plan dated 31.07.2024 as secondary evidence.
respect of some of the immovable properties and in the Original Petition, the present documents have not been marked. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice, subject to proof as required for recording the secondary evidence under the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023, this Petition is ordered.
