This Application has been filed to set aside the exparte order dated 20.12.2023 passed against the defendants for non filing of the written statement.
2.Having regard to the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and in order to give a fair opportunity to the defendants to contest the suit, this Application is ordered as prayed for.
