This application has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent/ first defendant trust to produce the original documents, viz., the original book containing the resolution and date of joining of six persons as trustees on 05.05.2020, supplemental trust deed showing the six persons as trustees of the first defendant's trust, notice intimating the income tax authorities and the banks about the induction of the new trustees to the first defendant's trust on 05.05.2020 with necessary acknowledgement.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.
3.It is open to the applicants/ plaintiffs to give notice to the first
respondent/ first defendant to produce the documents during trial.
4.With the above observation, this application is closed.
