The learned counsel for the respondent / plaintiff has not raised any serious objection for allowing this application, which has been filed to condone the delay of 607 days in representing the written statement filed by the applicants. However, he would submit that he has serious objection as and when the application filed by the defendants seeking to condone the delay in filing the written statement is taken up for consideration.
2. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown to condone the delay. Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.
