Learned counsel for the plaintiffs has no objection for allowing this
application filed by the first defendant, seeking to condone the delay of 267
days in re-presenting the written statement of the first defendant.
2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in
support of this application, in so far as the delay in filing the re-presented written statement by the first defendant is concerned.
3.Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.
4.Registry is directed to number the application seeking to condone
the delay in filing the written statement if it is otherwise in order and list the same for hearing on 15.04.2024.
