Learned counsel for the respondent/defendant has stated no objection
for allowing this application, which has been filed seeking for amendment.
2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit
filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown.
3.Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.
4.Learned counsel for the applicant/plaintiff is directed to carry out
the amendment in terms of this order. Learned counsel for the applicant/ plaintiff is also directed to file the amended copy of the plaint into the registry, after correcting the amendment. Learned counsel for the applicant/ plaintiff is also directed to serve a copy of the amended copy on the learned counsel for the respondent/defendant.
