These applications have been filed to extend the period of arbitration proceedings.
- The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the Mandate of the learned Arbitrator was expired on 31.03.2024 and hence, he requests this Court to extend the same.
- Being satisfied with the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this Court is inclined to grant extension of time for a period of 6 months. Thus, the learned Arbitrator is directed to complete the Arbitration proceedings within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
- Accordingly, these applications are allowed.
