A.No.1274 of 2024 has been filed seeking for reception of additional documents.

2.Learned counsel for the respondent/defendant has not raised any serious objection for allowing these applications. However, he would submit that the said documents can be received, subject to its admission, proof and relevancy.

3.No prejudice would be caused to the respondent/defendant if such a direction is issued.

4.This Court is satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in

support of these applications as sufficient cause has been shown by the applicant/ plaintiff.
