This application is filed to condone the delay of 837 days in filing the Written Statement by the 1st and 4th defendants in C.S.No.260 of 2021.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the applicants.
3.The learned counsel for the respondents has no serious objection in allowing the application.
4.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, particularly, paragraph no.3 and that there is no serious objection on the side of the respondents, this application is allowed and the delay is condoned.
