This application has been filed by the applicant for extending the
mandate of the learned Arbitrator to pass an Award by three months.
- Ms.R.Vaishali, learned counsel appears on behalf of the
respondents and submits that the respondents have no objection for allowing this application.
- Recording the same and being satisfied with the reasons given in
the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application filed for extending the mandate of the learned Arbitrator passing Award in the arbitration proceedings is allowed.
- Accordingly, the mandate of the learned Arbitrator, to pass an
Award is extended by a period of three months from today i.e., from 07.03.2024.
