Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to restore the petitioner's name in the House Tax Assessment No.3098 for the house bearing Door No.7/92, Ambedkar Nagar, Krishnapuram Panchayat, Rajapalayam Panchyat Union, Virudhunagar District and thereby direct them to pay a compensation of Rs.1,50,000/- for their lethargic and negligent act and for the damage they have caused to the petitioner by issuing house tax receipt in the name of the 5th respondent for his house within the time limit that may be stipulated by this Court.
