ORDER
The writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus,
seeking a direction against the respondents to survey the land in Survey Nos. 269/2, 275/2B, 275/3 and direct the respondents to hand over the land to the beneficiaries, in accordance with the allotment order in Na.K.No. 53856/1998/Aathi7, dated 04.01.2020.
2.The lands in the aforementioned survey had been ear-marked
for Adi Dravidar Community and allotted to them. Thereafter to manage the said allotment, a Committee had been formed by the District Collector. The petitioner is one of the members in that Committee. He claims that the lands must be surveyed.
3.The District Collector is the only person to determine as to how
the Committee has to perform its duties and what can be done by the Committee or by the District Collector. It is not for the Court to interfere with 2/5

the proceedings. The intention of the petitioner is good, but unfortunately, he has approached a wrong forum.
5.The petitioner may approach the District Collector. Even then,
the District Collector, who has formed the Committee has to take all steps in the manner in which heshe thinks proper.
6.In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No
costs.
