PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the fourth respondent from disturbing his peaceful possession and enjoyment of the house allotted to his father by the Government of Tamil Nadu in one way or other based on the petitioner representation dated 22.02.2023.
