This writ petition has been filed for issuance of writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 03.09.2019, wherein the petitioner is seeking for a copy of the cancellation order passed by the concerned authority, cancelling the assignment made in favour of one Vellaisamy in the year 1983.

2 . Heard Mr.V.Illanchezian, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Manikkam, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

given to the third respondent to act on the representation dated 03.09.2019 made by the petitioner and furnish a copy of the cancellation of assignment order passed against Vellaisamy in the year 1983.

Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to act on the representation dated 03.09.2019 made by the petitioner and furnish a copy of the cancellation of assignment order passed against Vellaisamy in the year 1983 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5 . This writ petition is disposed with the above direction. No costs.
