writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to refund the bid amount of
Rs.1,15,00,000/- paid at time of E-auction held on 21.06.2018 and Rs.12,55,000/paid on 29.11.2019 towards registration fee and stamp duty at the rate of 18% per annum from the date of receipt of money from the petitioner.
