This writ petition is filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take appropriate action as against the second and third respondents for having played the foul, whereby he had been denied the beneficial scheme by the Government.

2.Without going into the allegations made in the writ petition, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
