It is represented before this Court that the learned counsel for the petitioner is no more. Accordingly, on 27.07.2023, this Court directed the Registry to issue notice to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Court by order dated 08.09.2023 directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list and posted the matter on 22.09.2023. Today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. It appears the petitioner has no interest to prosecute the case.
