This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the
respondents to grant permission for quarrying rough stones in the petitioner's patta land for his own usage.

for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he
has also circulated a letter dated 20.09.2023 to that effect.
3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed as
withdrawn. No Costs.
