3. Prayer in this writ petition reads as follows:

“For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ or order or direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission and protection for Adal Padal Programme to be held on 26.04.2023 between 07.00.P.M to 12.00.A.M in
