This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the 2^nd respondent herein to initiate appropriate Legal Criminal Proceedings against the officials of Respondents 6 to 13 and all the persons involved in their Criminal Acts of mapping the petitioner's Permanent Account Number viz.,PAN No.BISPS8463E into other third party Loan Accounts in view of the petitioner's representation dated 08.02.2021 and proceed further in accordance with law by a thorough probe.

The petitioner made a representation dated 08.02.2021. On receipt of the complaint, the third respondent forwarded the complaint dated 08.02.2021 to the file of the second respondent for enquiry. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to conduct a detailed enquiry on the complaint forwarded by the third respondent, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and the respondents 6 to 13 herein and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
