This writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 to remove the illegal construction from S.No.512/8 situate at Pa.Vadugapalayam Village, Palladam Taluk, Tiruppur District in accordance with the provisions of the Town and Country Planning Act and the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Buildings Rules, 1997, on the basis of petitioner’s representations dated 27.09.2021 and 29.07.2022.

would submit that the petitioner's representations were already considered, and pursuant thereto, removal of encroachment has already been effected to. In support of his submission, he has also brought to our notice the proceedings dated 29.08.2022, passed by the General Information Officer, Thiruppur, wherein it is mentioned that the encroachment found in the land covered in S.No.512/8 has already been removed.
