The writ petition is filed challenging the demand notice dated 18.02.2021
insofar as it pertains to assessment of property tax in respect of property located at No.209, Sankar Films Road, Padri Nagar, Karungalpatty Cross Road, Salem.

Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh representation within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, until then all recovery proceedings shall be kept in abeyance. If any such representation if filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered by the Respondent after granting the petitioner a reasonable opportunity. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
