2.The challenge in both cases to summons issued by the sole respondent/Inspector of Police, Economic Offences Wing-II dated 12.12.2014 and 13.12.2014 respectively does not survive any further, seeing as much water has flown under the bridge and a case has been registered in C.C.No.2 of 2017,
which is pending before the TNPID Court, Chennai.
3.Mr.Vijay would submit that the matter is slated for hearing tomorrow.
4.Recording this, these writ petitions are dismissed. No costs. Connected
miscellaneous petitions are closed.
