Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition reserving the rights of the Petitioner to file necessary application in the suits in O.S. Nos. 10 and 289 of 2022 filed by him pending before the Additional District Court and District Munsif Court, Tiruppur respectively and depending upon its outcome, to workout his further remedies before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law and she has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.
In view of the same, the Writ Petitioner is dismissed as withdrawn with
the aforesaid clarification. No costs.
