The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the
respondents to issue patta for Survey No.224/2 an extent of 0.6 cent and in survey No.224/7 (new survey No.779) an extent of 0.06 cents in Aiyur Agaram Madura, Chinthamani Village, Vikaravandi Taluka, Villupuram by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2022 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.
“33. In view of the anomalous situation created on account of the inconsistency in dealing with the grievances of the aggrieved persons, this Court is inclined to pass the following orders:
