1. Heard Mr.M.Venkadesh Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 7, Mr.K.Sathyabal, learned counsel for respondents 8, 10, 13, 15 & 16 and Mr.V.Balakrishnan, learned counsel for respondents 9, 11, 12 & 14.

1. The respective counsel for respondents 8 to 16 submitted that the authorities are taking action only against the selective parties and they have not issued notices to all the parties concerned.

1. In reply, Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, learned Standing Counsel submitted that notices will be issued to all the encroachers, whether it is hut or a pucca building and appropriate steps will be taken for removal of such encroachments after following due process of law.

1. The above statement of Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, learned Standing Counsel, is recorded. Accordingly, this matter stands clarified and no further order needs to be passed herein.
